Fire Man

Once upon a time, there's a man who could breathe fire. But, often people call him a freak. The people of the village didn't like him. Until one day, he took off on a adventure. He was going to see where he could fit in. The first place he went to was China. The people there didn't accept him there. So he flew over to Italy. Even Italy didn't accept him. He went from countries to countries and no one accepted him. So he decided to go up into a giant cave known as the Dragon Lair. He sat at the top and watched the lights of the city. As he sat there watching the lights, he asked, Why doesn't anyone like me? The only reason why I'm different from everyone is I can breathe fire. Wouldn't that come in handy? During that night, he had good rest. The next morning a giant ice serpent came and killed anyone who was in his way, because the serpent wants to rule the world. Then an idea popped in the man's head. Maybe if I save those people, they would like me. So, he fought the serpent and the serpent died and disappeared. From then, he was known as the dragon slayer. The End.

The dinosaurs died when the meteor happened. The whole earth changed. The T-Rex  was a meat eater. The dinosaurs are dangerous. They will eat you up. The dinosaurs death happened. Some of the dinosaurs are vegetable eaters.  When the meteor happened they had no water & food. The dinosaurs  were dead. The w hole nature burned. The whole place is dry.

Our School Day

"Today in our classroom we made a chart on how long we might stay here before we go back to our regular school. I also played Monopoly during the day. We did a few light reading, but the books weren't so light. When I go home I'm going to play Tony Hawk Pro Skateboarder 4." Zion

Aloha! Welcome to the blog for the Alternative Center at August Ahrens Elementary. Each week the students will be posting blogs with their current activities and maybe even a few pictures. The students will have the opportunity to work on their writing and learn about different technologies that work together to create this blog.
